The project is a three story bar and restaurant building with off the beach open air deck ground floor, dress attire air conditioned space second floor and open air sky bar deck and tiki on the third floor. The construction is structure supported on concrete piles, grade beams, concrete block,detachable wood stairs, ramps & deck around the ground level perimeter. The project has a Old South Florida, Islander aesthetic.
